Sara Investments Building
Green Bay, WI
On July 14, 2010, a severe thunderstorm with high winds and torrential down pour led to the toppling of a large pine tree onto an office building owned by Sara Investments and leased by a local dental business.
The downed tree punctured a hole in the roof over the dental office thus allowing a 3 inch rainfall to infiltrate the building. Emergency services were immediately performed and the building dried down.
TC3 was contacted by Continental Western Group and contracted by Sara Investments to provide construction services to meet a September 6, 2010 tenant move in date. Upon arrival TC3 developed a scope of work, met with city officials, bid the trades, with work currently under way. |

Through TC3's review of the scope of work, TC3 was able to determine that all cabinets could be saved and re-used, which help save both construction time and a cabinet replacement cost of $33,000.
