Tornados ripped through central Minnesota on June 18, 2010 causing several millions of dollars in property damage not to mention the loss of life. The St. John Lutheran Church was among hundreds of facilities that sustained severe structural damage to its sanctuary.
TC3 received notice from its client Continental Western Insurance of the damaged church claim the afternoon of June 18, 2010 and arrived on site the following afternoon. After several site inspections and meetings, TC3 was retained by the church and began site safety, emergency board up and site clean up followed by content manipulation and inventory. |

A structural engineer was retained to inspect the buildings structural integrity and provide a base line for the completion of the scope of loss. TC3 will continue to work with the church and their insurance carrier to secure a detailed scope of work followed by a reconstruction budget.
